Custom prints are not eligible for returns unless there are significant quality defects or production errors that render them unusable or deviate significantly from the agreed specifications.
Customized Nature:
Due to the unique designs and personalization, custom prints are often treated as final sales and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where there are clear production errors or quality defects.
Defective Prints:
If a print arrives with obvious defects, such as misprints, errors in the design, or significant quality issues, the customer may be eligible for a replacement. Replacements are processed within 2 business days of approval.
